    Ethics: Decision-Making Tools for Insurance Professionals is a three hour CE class that defines ethics and ethical behavior, compared to legal or moral behavior. Participants will engage in multiple opportunities to discuss ethical and non-ethical behavior. Ethical theories will be introduced as well as examples of decision-making tools. The course will end with participants utilizing these decision-making tools while determining possible resolutions to real-life scenarios.

    There are extreme views of mold in our industry. One side tends to “blow it out of proportion” using scare tactics creating sensationalism. The other side tends to down play mold contamination indicating there “is nothing to it.” The intent of this CE Course is to show both extremes and then present a balanced view, according to well respected industry standards, as to what proper steps should be considered in mold remediation.
